Where Have You Been Happy?

Let’s talk about those one-of-a-kind travels

These past few weeks had me going back to the days I used to travel a lot with my family. We had lots of cool and amazing experiences but if you asked me which one would be the most significant…only one comes immediately to mind.

It was a bright day next to the coastline in Oaxaca, Mexico. I was sitting with my sister after a long day of doing extreme activities and we were just there. Sitting, reading, and talking on the sand. The sunlight was already starting to swift away from us so the sky was filled with beautiful colors.

I don’t know what happened but as I was taking it all in, I suddenly had a HUGE sense of tranquility and happiness. I had not once felt to this extent before so it was a surprise. Just imagine feeling like this while hearing the calm music of the waves, having an unbelievable view of the horizon just as if it was from a painting and on top of it all….we suddenly saw dolphins! Wild dolphins just jumping and chasing the sun. It was beautiful!

This moment will always be in my mind. For me, this is one of the best travel experiences. I really appreciated it and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have lived this moment. I hope there are yet more to come!
