Breaking up with her was hard! Trust me, I’m going to have to live with the fact that I can’t help her is the worst; let me explain:
The abuse she told me she was receiving as a child made me furious when we first met, I didn’t even get my water from the waitress, and I knew about her whole life story about who, what, when, where
Why she gave me a good outlook on BPD is beyond me, ✋️

Yelling is no way of life!
Well, Suddenly, you’ll get off this roller coaster you’ve been living on like I was.
It was hard to understand she had no parents to teach her how to process emotions! We’ve damn near been through the same thing.
Our relationship was challenging, but I want to make this easier for others so it doesn’t get to my point of frustration and confusion 😕
I didn’t find out until she was off her medication, just how bad it could be. I’ve done lots of research on the leading causes of why people get like this, and almost every single time I came, it was her childhood trauma that played the most significant toll on her episodes.
(My opinion-Mental health problems = childhood problems),
Do I make a safe environment for my kid’s with no yelling and screaming involved?
Teach your kids when and when not to scream at a young age is essential.

After leaving my 6th rehab, I finally taught myself a good habit my old therapist told me to do.
Take out this emotion face chart EVERY day, I’m confused about how I’m feeling.
Wow, she was right, it does work for me, so I want it to work for you! Ask yourself the questions I do:
- What face am I feeling today?
- Why is that?
- If it’s possible to change the way I feel, how can I?
