When You Lose Perspective, Do This
The secret to turning around your mood
Life can appear to suck at times. Things may not go your way, you’re in a dark place, no progress in your life is being made, and you might feel like you’re stagnating.
Here’s what’s happened…
You’ve lost perspective.
And this is a common condition for most people.
How do you find a positive perspective again?
Through gratitude.
What can you express gratitude for?
A lot.
Whenever you’re feeling low, depressed, sad, or hopeless, pull out a notepad or start a new note on one of your devices and write down ten things you’re grateful for.
Keep writing more things until you start to feel better.
There are too many people and things in our lives that we can be grateful for. Be grateful for the big and small things; it all counts and adds up.
