When You Commit, Time Flows To You

If I show up to my commitment, time flows and it is the time itself that becomes flexible to work with me and fulfill my commitment

Yesterday and today I was paying more attention to my body’s reaction to the high-intensity workout. Jumping exercises are increasing and that means I must look for modifications. I was able to remember many names of the exercises but I felt that paying attention to my body’s reaction and being responsible for my body were more important.

Nevertheless, I feel very thankful to you all because I was able to show up yesterday at 6 pm and today at 10 am( two different times as against the routine morning time) and keep up my commitment. I was also able to walk for over 55 minutes as the weather was great.

My Observations from Day 4

Doing the Workout in the evening feels very different and I am able to do more Jumping exercises such as High Knees and Burpees within 30 seconds. Today there were two rounds of 14 exercises against 7 in each round, over last few days. Week 4 Exercise is getting intense.

More importantly today there is a sense of deeper fulfillment because I was able to keep up with both my volunteering and Heather Robertson’s Home working out self-motivated commitment.

The lesson learned is…

If I show up to my commitment, time flows and it is the time itself that becomes flexible to work with me and fulfill my commitment…..haha…I am also able to make time for gardening, volunteering, and attending to household chores with inspiration.

Now, enjoy your day and stay safe.
