When the Veil Thins

On this night, when the veil grows thin, Where does one world end and the other begin? Children in costumes seek candy and fun, Unaware of the dance of the moon and the sun.

As a seeker of truths, I stand and I see, The potential for learning in this jubilee. For beneath every mask, and behind every door, Lies, a lesson, a meaning, folklore.

Spiritual paths have their way to tell, Of the mysteries we ponder, in this autumn spell. Be it tarot or dreams that guide your sight, Remember the wisdom that comes with the night.

So let us be mindful, in treats or scares, Of the invisible threads that everyone shares. For Halloween is more than just costumes and sin, It’s the night we acknowledge when the veil is thin.
