When the moments are difficult

Just sit calm.

Because, that’s the only thing you can do.

When you can’t do anything.

These are the situations and moments

Which will change anyway

So just, sit calm.

Sitting calmly in difficult moments is not easy

I myself have tried

And have failed most of the time

The reason for my failure has always been me

I never kept calm.

What I have done is always straight action of anger or worry

And both haven’t worked at all.

So just, sit calm.

Time will pass..

as it has to pass..
