Ned Fulmer did it so well that he is no longer one of the Try Guys
Lately, a lot of cheating has been going on in Hollywood. Is it the water? Let us investigate together. The latest cheating scandal comes from Ned Fulmer, the wife guy.
What is a wife guy?
Buzzfeed describes them as someone “whose fame or branding is largely predicated on the fact that he’s in love with the woman he married.” Wife Guys constantly post about their family on social media, pedestalling their spouse as a “queen” or “goddess.”

Ned Fulmer is the ‘wife guy’ of the Try Guys. He built his online persona as someone who adores his wife and he probably does. The problem with online branding is you have to stick with it, otherwise, you lose your following.
And that’s where the problem lies with wife guys, if it is too good to be true, it probably isn't.
Ned Fulmer tried hmm, cheating
The cheating is confirmed. Ned Fulmer took full ownership and it cost him his job. With his admission, he is no longer one of the Try Guys.
He was likely sorry, but the other Try Guys had this to say;
Nice try, Ned!
Ok, this is what they actually said.
We do not see a path forward together.
For someone who is a wife guy, Ned was seen cheating in public, like he didn't care if anyone started filming him (someone did) and his cheating partner, who happens to work for the Try Guys, associate producer Alexandria Herring.
Herring is featured in another Try Guys offshoot, Food Babies, which includes videos of her and a co-host doing food challenges.
Herring is also reportedly engaged to her longtime boyfriend.
You wonder what these two were into, one is a wife guy the other is engaged to be married, and their respective partners know each other.
And yet, they didn't care, unless they were in love?
But when the cheating was made public, Ned was quick to tell everyone it was a mistake.
“Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel,” “The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I am going to focus my attention.” — Fulmer wrote.
Ned Fulmer the wife guy
Everything was going well for Ned Fulmer and his wife Ariel who is also his co-content creator.
Again, the problem lies when your life is your content. Not everyone can be the Kardashians who perfected the art of selling their lives and they thrive on scandals.
Ariel, for her part, appears to be playing the forgiving wife — so far.
In a statement, she shared on Instagram
Thanks to everyone who has reached out to me — it means a lot. Nothing is more important to me and Ned than our family, and all we request right now is that you respect our privacy for the sake of our kids.
You wonder why when a scandal hits reality TV stars or social media influencers they suddenly value their privacy.
But it also goes to show how far cheating can cause not only pain for the spouse who was clueless but also for the children.
Job Interview
Try Guys. They have become famous for recreating stuff that other people have done before, like when they did their first drag show or became stand-up comedians.
I found this video about job interviews, something Ned Fulmer might be interested in watching.
Soon, he may need to sharpen his job interview skills now that he is out of a job.
But as a founding member of Try Guys, he could still own part of the company that owns the content the group will be producing moving forward.
Final words
Cheating sucks. And to all the wife guys maybe there is a lesson that you can learn from Ned Fulmer and that is,
Stop using your wife as content, f*ckers!

1. He loves his wife and is committed to their relationship.
Marriage is already difficult and when it is shared with the public it becomes even harder unless you are the Kardashians.
