When Moving In Pace With Your Energy, How Does It Feel?

Energy, qi, chi, prana. They are all names for the vital life force that permeates all things.

As a highly sensitive person, I’ve always felt a strong sense of energy from people, places, animals, things and within myself. Likely one of the reasons I’ve had such an innate attraction to nature since childhood. The resonance there was clear. Not always has it been an easy journey to live in a physical body that feels things so strongly. A life long lesson to learn how to integrate what some would consider as a gift, has been significant.

In the coming weeks I’ll be celebrating having lived five decades on Earth. Growing as a person over time in life, has allowed for deeper reflection, healthier boundaries and ways to embrace living in balance with inner and external energies.

When making decisions in life, I contemplate if they are truly the most resonate with the true self. Are personal actions aligned with my thoughts and emotions? By tuning in to my body, practicing ultimate self-care and recognizing what alignment feels like, it allows for consciously moving in pace with positivity and well-being.

When moving in pace with personal energy, that’s when things flow well. This is when we’re often at our personal best. When making wise choices that help us move forward in ways that are desired, it helps create our best life. Having healthy, balanced relationships and knowing how to set boundaries in place are all part of being in sync with your essence. Our lives are in harmony and there is a connection to the heart. We feel as though we’re satisfying the deepest aspects of the soul.

Otherwise, if we are hindered rather than moving with our energy, this is often when the physical or emotional body starts to cry out with symptoms of despair. The roots of dis-ease can too often be connected to emotional aspects. Frustration or anger may rise up and spew out in the wrong direction. Sadness could arise through shedding tears for unknown reasons. The body may begin to express those emotions physically through pain, digestive issues, respiratory distress, headaches, injuries, addictions and more.

The life journey is an intriguing one. We all have opportunities to grow and connect with our inner self. A metamorphoses. Maintaining a conscious connection to the vital force permeating within and without, may help you make favorable life choices. Sometimes, that looks different than what may be expected and that’s okay. By being in pace with your inner energies, it allows for better health, well-being and balanced living.
