When Great Leaders Ask Great Questions

Asking questions to open breakthrough

Leaders inspire us to believe in what we can do and in us, even when we are not fully aware of it. I love sharing opinions and experiences and I hope that during my lifetime I will be able to inspire as many people as I can.

What is your adding value to yourself or adding value to others?

Do You Hear What People Are Saying To You?

These are the two great questions I received from one of the great Leaders I had the chance of meeting.

Leaders that want to connect to us at a deeper level know what questions we did not answer to ourselves just yet.

There are a lot of people who search for free inspiration on how to start, build, or change their career.

The way other people feel about what I have to offer offline made me decide to do more of it online. As simple as that.

It is taken me long to get to this point when I have both energy and freedom to write. Now it is the perfect time for me as I am doing a career break.

I know, I know how it sounds…a Career Counselor making a career break.

I am a certified career counselor and former HR with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. I am confident that career coaching is my vocation. And represents also the added value that I have so I will be able to put the best version of myself out there.

I also know that we are biologically wired to talk about ourselves. I am not one of those writers. At least not at this moment. I will write to share my knowledge with others, from what I have experienced so far. And also to continue learning as much as I can from others.

In my career coaching sessions, I have always asked my clients:

What would you do if you would not need to work for money?

With what would you occupy your time?

At this moment, writing is my answer to this question. Writing is what I can do now, that I am doing a career break, to continue adding value to others.

It is now time for me to walk the talk.

If we take a break for ourselves it doesn’t mean we should take a break in paying it forward.

And all thanks to the power of great questions that great leaders always seem to have at hand.
