What’s a Fish Fork?
Or fish knife?

I thought, as a programmer, I wouldn’t attend elaborate business meals. I wouldn’t handle fish heads, or other international-dining etiquette puzzlers.
Then, my manager rewarded our department with lunch at the Culinary Institute of America. It’s well worth a visit. Each dish is brought by a separate waiter, and the silver covers are removed simultaneously. It’s quite a spectacle for a 20-person department!
They also replace your generic fork, knife, and spoon with appropriate silverware.
I received a fish fork and a fish knife. The fish fork is the same size as a salad fork, but the opening between the center tines is longer. The fish knife is a blunt, wide knife with a pointed tip. It is not used for cutting. Instead, you can scoop up sauce, separate the skin from the flesh, and flake the fish.
