Life is quite unpredictable. We never can guess our life with accuracy. There will be some ups and downs in our journey. Even we all know these small rules of life, sometimes we can’t handle our tough times. Hard times become tremendously difficult for those who are introvert and do not have any close friends. Sometimes many of us bend to take some wrong decisions out of the anguish or pain . So, naturally a question arises, what should we do when we are upset?
1. Don’t Sit Alone
Yes, when life makes us sad we should not sit alone. Rather we should talk to our close ones. We should not brood over the situation that has made upset because that will again inflate our sadness.
If there’s no one beside you or to listen to you, you should listen to some good music that will chill you out. Yes, music can heal our wounds if we can feel it.
2. Write your Feelings
When something bad happens unexpectedly in our life,we are more likely to break down. In these times we will not feel very well to work . We would like to lie on bed alone and cry. We might like to have some time to be alone and think. The best way to transform the sad mood into good is to write the feelings down in our diaries.
If you start writing with some disgusting mood and anger ,after some minutes of noting your feelings in your diary will make you feel better. Thus writing your feelings can heal you at difficult times.
3. Go for a Walk
Sometimes sadness can be removed by simply going for a walk outside. A walk actually creates some positive energy with in us and that may eradicate the uneasiness of mind. When you are on a walk and get to see someone is seeking help, you may extend your helping hand and talk to him or her ; this will surely make you feel good.
There are many other ways to cross the hard times with a smiling face. We should remember that life wants to make us smarter that’s why we often are confronted with hurdles. Nothing but the attitude matters with which we are to tackle our difficulties. Above three methods are some of many ways that can you feel better at our tough times.
