The Action that brings Happiness and Abundance in one’s life.

Nowadays, there are lots of therapists, life couches, and courses for self-improvement.

Most of them, if not all, are based on the principle of identifying triggers and shifting the reaction to them.

One can find help according to its beliefs and style as there a wide market available. It will only work if you trust the method, so take your time and choose wisely when planning to look for a professional.

On the other hand , you can achieve or begin your process for self-improvement by yourself.

I quit smoking, lost weight and I came to be more confident.

It’s a process based on determination and focus.

It’s a hard work like climbing a mountain. Have you ever mountain climbing?

The possibilities are endless when you know that whatever has ever happened to you, don't define who you are.

How will you know it?

Unfortunately, not by reading or studying. You have to experience it and feel it.

Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.- Jean-Paul Sartre

Sharing dark moments of one’s life is never easy, but history has taught us that it is a necessary evil for great good.

Therefore, here’s what has happened to me…

Physical and psychological abuse, depression and the whole bundle that comes with it trapped me in a heavy and pessimistic bubble with thousands of questions and doubts about my own self.

Since a young age, journals are my companion and confident though and from time to time, reading pages randomly brings new perspective as the memories became fresh under new eyes.

On these readings, a pattern was noticed: complaints, anger, low self-esteem, low confidence, and the feeling that I was fighting against the world.

The triggers were also there in different names and locations undergoing the same reason!

Is there something to be done about it ?

There’s nothing more to lose when you are broken and out of energy. One more loss is just another loss, right?

What if I do one thing adverse to the ordinary?

A new action must create a new reaction…what if…

… instead of the traffic complaint and all the other complaints it creates in one’s head, I choose to listen to music or read something I like?

This conscious moment, was the beginning of a life-changing.

The fundamental aspect to keep it evolving is GRATITUDE!

Gratitude comes from the inside. It can not be imposed but can be acquired. Like knowledge and experience, one works to earn these traits.

Say Thank You before you sleep for this day and see how you will wake up tomorrow.

You will sincerely be grateful for everything when mindfully practicing it.

As the monsters we create in our heads, gratitude grows at much higher speed and extension.

My journals are now Gratitude journals. Pages and pages full of joy and happiness in every line! Even bad days became worth of gratitude.

He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” — Epictetus

The way out is always around, if you give it a chance.

That thought that put your mind at peace, a smile in your face or makes you wish for something better, is your way out! Stuck to it!

Keep the momentum. Save it in your heart. Back to it whenever you need.

Thank you for your Time.
