What Would Walt Disney Do?
It never rains in southern California.

Although, it started raining the day Walt Disney conducted his final meeting with bankers to obtain a $17 million loan to build Disneyland in Anaheim.
Immediately a banker interrupted the meeting and announced, “Your projections show revenue for 365 days, and you didn’t account for rain days.”
Walt thought for a moment, pushed back from the conference table, removed his shoes and socks, and went outside so the bankers could see him through the conference room window.
Walt appeared to be marching, laughing, and splashing like a drum major.

After drying off, Walt told the bankers that rainy day attendance would exceed projections because “we will have a Rain Parade.”
Walt got the loan, and 67 years later, the Rainy Day Cavalcade parade attracts paying visitors.
