What will Happen if I Eat only Fruits in Lunch?

Having fruit for lunch is a good choice. An apple or a handful of grapes in a lunchbox is such a sweet choice. You can happily consume a lighter lunch without feeling deprived and the fruit provides extra nutrition to keep your feeling full longer.
“I have a habit of eating only two meals a day since my childhood. Morning 8 a.m. breakfast and evening 6.30 p.m. dinner. I normally get fruits for my lunch.”
My experience
Being a fruitarian is amazing. I would like to say it is of course good. Personally, I tried this method a couple of days. Sometimes, I felt hungry no matter how much fruits I ate. May be because fruits don’t have many carbs. But I am always trying to continue this amazing habit. It’s better to try eating more of less sour fruits like apples, banana, guava, watermelon etc. Try to apply it to your life.

It’s true. Because fruits play a very significant role in our lives. Fruits always have been very essential in the growth and development of our lives.
The healthiest fruits are fresh fruits or frozen fruits without added sweeteners.
What will happen if you eat only fruits in lunch?
Mainly, three things will happen to you. Your skin will begin to glow, and digestion will be good. And you will be able to get your dinner early because the fruits will digest faster and due to that you will feel hungry early. That will give you enough time to digest it and feel light before sleeping the night off. So, you can wake up fresh and happy. You will really start your day with positive attitudes. Most importantly, your ageing will slow down making you look younger as your life progresses.
It has a unique impact on your entire life. You are likely to do well personally as well as professionally. There’s a reason why most of the people focused on a fruit meal during the day.
So, if you want to go on a fruit diet, you can just try it by yourself. It will be a new experience. But, if you will weak day by day, just stop and replenish yourself with the usual rich diet with all nutrients.
Honestly, if you balance it well, you could feel better. You need to make sure you don’t consume too much sugar and nothing else. On the other hand, eating only fruits means that you will be eating lots of fruits. Some fruits are relatively high in sugar, so eating too many fruits can create the conditions for diabetes. Depending on how stable your blood sugar is, you need to be aware of which fruits are better for you to eat. And also, fruits have a lot of vitamins but not every fruit has all of the vitamins. So, it’s better to eat a variety of fruits to complete your vitamin requirements. You should remember that different foods react differently to people. So, choose your fruits carefully. You should experience it by yourself. Change your food style and feel the happiness.
