I have my own definition of WELLNESS, it’s one thing that has entirely changed my life and perspective.

For me, wellness is the amalgamation of numerous different factors that contribute to genuine wellness.

According to me, it’s not a destination or not just a state of physical health; it extends to mental and emotional states as well.

WELLNESS REDEFINED BY ME

Wellness means

feeling vibrant,

being resilient,

having the energy to pursue my passions,

connect with others,

a sense of purpose and fulfilment

setting meaningful goals,

nurturing creativity,

making smoothies

sipping coffee

eating veggies and fruits

appreciating the beauty of nature

Approaching life’s blessings and challenges with a sense of gratitude and vitality

contributing positively to the community and the world ā¤

It’s not a one-time project, it’s an ongoing commitment to

self-improvement,

personal growth

happiness,

and

living a life that’s not just long but truly well-lived ā¤ not only on the outside but deep within, where true wellness resides.
