Almost all of our seniors give tips on building an audience. I have read many of such posts and have found some writers stating that it takes up to four months to gain 1,000 followers. I joined this platform on 24th July (2020), wrote two to four articles daily, started making $7 to $10 per day, and gained 3,000 followers.

Forget about writing occasionally and focus on building relationships by writing daily. Who is your target audience? Who you are writing for? Once you have your audience in your mind, it will be easy for you to write articles according to their taste and requirements. For example, my target audience is new writers and I try to give them useful information on how to make some money from this site and from other online platforms. Besides, I try to help everybody gain some followers. This is probably the reason why I have gained quick recognition. However, I still have to work a lot because my target is to gain up to 10,000 followers in a few more months.
Find Peers Who Admire You And Follow Them
You will have to find a bunch of people and should invite them to work along with you. For example, if you are a new writer, then you can find peers who are also looking for tips to grow. Once such people have been found, the next step is to follow them, read everything they write, leave comments, and give a few claps daily. This is what I am doing on a regular basis, and this is why most of my readers end up getting inspired by my work. Trust me, this is going to be the best investment of your life.
Your Writing Should Be Helpful
Think about writing articles that provide value and help to every single reader, not the ones that are meant to make money. In other words, we can say that you should write words and sentences in a way that can keep people engaged. There is no need to worry about going viral, as your writing will automatically go viral once you have a sufficient number of followers.
Quality And Quantity
I think that both are important for surviving on this site. This is because hundreds of stories are published per day, and you can maintain the interest of your readers only when you keep showing up. Don’t make them feel that you are a lazy or inactive writer. I try to balance quality with quantity.
