A Diet to Reduce Belly Fat
Believe it or not, there is a diet that will flatten your stomach gradually if you keep it up

The Chemical Diet is a one week diet where you can lose up to one stone. Can doing the Chemical Diet reduce belly fat? Why not try it and see for yourself as I did. Another diet is the low carb diet. This way of eating will also trim belly fat.
The Chemical Diet is a way of eating chemically. The foods you eat on the food plan for the Chemical Diet have a way of working the way you lose weight inside your body. This way of eating will give you results.
The Chemical Diet is a one week diet where you can lose up to one stone every three weeks, but in the process, it will make your stomach flatter every time you eat the food on the Chemical Diet’s menu (check out the menu in my Chemical Diet article).
Doing the Chemical Diet and eating this way every three weeks will help your stomach to flatten but you must not eat a load of junk food after the week is up. If you do, the weight will just go back up from what you lost in that week. You have to stick to a healthy diet during the three weeks after you have done the one week diet known as The Chemical Diet. So that means no sugar, no alcohol, and no high-fat carbs.
So, when eating the food on the Chemical Diet’s menu plan and because it is a mixture of protein, good carbs, and fruit, I believe that if we carry on eating this way for the rest of the time, it can help the stomach to flatten down. The one thing I have learned because I am a Type 2 Diabetic is that not having sugar or bad carbs in your diet and of course, no alcohol, can be a good thing if we want to reduce the fat in our stomachs.
I would say to everyone who needs to lose weight fast because of a health scare like diabetes is to give the Chemical Diet a go and then once the week finishes continue eating healthily for the rest of the time. After three weeks, you can do the one-week Chemical Diet plan again.

Here are the foods you consume on the Chemical Diet Food Plan:
Grapefruit
Tomatoes — fresh and tin tomatoes
Cucumber
Lettuce
Celery
Fish
Beef Steak
Lamb chops
Eggs
Wholemeal brown dry toast
Bananas
Apples
Pears
Blueberries
Strawberries
Melon
Chicken
Spinach
The food must be eaten exactly as it says on the Chemical Diet Plan here. You must not swap foods around but eat it exactly as it says on the plan.
These are just my thoughts and my reviews on what I have experienced with dieting as a Type 2 Diabetic. So, please if you try any of the diets I talk about please be sensible. I am not a professional.
