What is unique about me

What is my unique quality? I had been wondering.

Yes, what is unique about me, I decided to ask the wise rabbit, who had wisdom teeth poking out, I had followed him to the hole, and that’s where this conversation took place:

What is my uniqueness?

Being yourself! That is yours! And mine is being me! A restless, curious, always late to appointments, rabbit!!

What makes me unhappy?

Your unhappiness.

Other than my own unhappiness?

Someone else’s uniqueness. Their being successful, being, doing, getting what they have! I always look at the other side, the carrots in others’ paws are always bigger and juicier, and mine turn tasteless!

Yes, sometimes, if not always! But…why people are not happy to see others success.

See, people are not genuinely happy or they think that they are not, whether, it be the carrots the others get to enjoy, or having money, being lucky in love, having a successful career, it all rubs in.

Is that so?

Unfortunately yes!

And why so?

We ourselves are not happy, or completely satisfied with what we are, what we have.

Why do we want to be in another person’s shoes?

To have their experiences, which we believe are better than ours. Ha Ha, walking in their shoes!

Do we even know what they are going through?

Yes, if you get in my shoes, you will know, where they might take you to!!!

No, thanks I don’t want to know!!

Or sometimes, we just want to have what that person, over there is having. Their laughter, their lovers. their sweets!

But don’t we know someone’s meat is someone’s poison!

Forgetful, we are, and wishing to be someone else.

Are we ready to be someone else, as it may come true!!

Yes, so don’t, don’t be jealous, envious, do something, that you can, you have talents!

So what’s the best way to be unique, and happy. satisfied, and successful?

It is to be yourself. No tricks, only treats and treats.

And the rabbit jumped in the hole! I was left alone to wonder,

Why was I getting restless to find my own uniqueness!

Shouldn’t that be obvious to me, and to others, if they knew me!
