A poem about trust

We have been fed a lie I can’t trust you! Why don’t you trust me?

We have been fed a lie Trust in yourself Don’t doubt yourself

We have been fed a lie

Trust there is plenty Doubt is not A lack of trust Doubt is an indication Of negative

Negative beliefs We have been fed a lie

Now comes A new belief A way to set yourself free Free from the bonds of

Trust There is plenty of Each day filled So much trust You Trust I trust We trust

If we did not trust We could not exist

As existence is trust

It is in knowing WHAT WE TRUST

How we define Trust Is everything.
