There are many ways to do intermittent fasting
I love only eating fruits and vegetables during the day and then eating one large meal at night. Other times I fast for 16 hours and eat the other 8 hours. Sometimes I eat nothing after dinner and skip breakfast the next morning. If I am busy and not hungry, I skip a meal. That is intermittent fasting.
Other ways include only drinking water for a desired amount of time then eating one large meal. How you fast and how long is up to you. It is your decision. It is your intention. Make it yours. Try different ways and find one that works the magic for you. Having a consistent routine with intermittent fasting is best.
