I’m a “sweet’s person”, always have been and always will be.
As I’ve risen in my consciousness, health, spiritual awareness and definitely my awareness in the food I was eating was a huge part of my development as I went on this journey of self and Universal Understanding.
I realized I was blind. I was ignorant. I was willfully complacent. I was lazy. I gave up my control. I assumed so much. I didn’t care. Until I did.
Not just about food, but about everything, but my awareness about food was a big part of my overall awakening to so many other things about how the world and my body worked. My spirituality and my Universal Understanding.
This is not something people fully understand — that our spiritual (life) development is directly tied into our overall energy, especially what we consume.
That our trajectory in life is directly tied into how much power we give away, how much we assume others are taking care of what we should. How much we should be paying attention to our own lives, and not assuming others are doing it for us. How much we should know how our “systems” operate, or don’t.
If anything the collective has figured out with the pandemic — it’s that — really brightly, loudly and widely.
Truth be told, I hated my body for most of my life and I really didn’t care how I was “poisoning it”.
I realized I was blind. I was ignorant. I was willfully complacent. I was lazy. I gave up my control. I assumed so much. I didn’t care. Until I did.
I didn’t know what I was for nearly 40 years of my life — a Psychic Physical Empath and Natural Energy Healer, etc. I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia when I was 25. However, my body had been my prison from the age of 1.
I had looked for relief from the pain and fatigue forever, and tried so many things. Some things helped, most things didn’t. I had no idea that the answer was ME. My energy, what was attached to my body in the form of energy, including what I ate was a large part of why I was not well. Negative energy all around me-in the environment, on my body, in my body-including what I used to fuel my body.
The problem was my body and the answer was my body.

I had this program running that told me: If it was sold for consumption, it couldn’t be that bad for you. If you abused it and ate or drank a ton of it, or only ate “bad for you” food — then that was on you, but as it turns out-that’s not really the case.
“Food” is designed to hurt us. To make us addicted, to sway our habits and our cravings. Much in food is scientifically built to control us, and it’s also made to make us sick. We even have to be careful of what’s on natural foods like fruits and vegetables, and how they have been genetically modified.
It’s those ingredients in things that we have no idea what they are or what they mean or what they are for. Lab talk. And, should food really be lab built? Well, whether it should — it is.
Food is designed.
The things that food is made with, all put together, all of those chemicals that cause us to be addicted and work against our own digestive systems, things that are negative energy, that hurt us because of the various components and what that does to the body when we ingest it.
I’m not even talking about meat, and the different ways that the energy of meat is so negative and harmful to the body.
You have to think about all of the components in the various “food” things that are available with ingredients that you don’t understand, and assume those things are either preservatives or chemicals that make you crave those foods, and those compounds work together.
So, it’s not like any one thing is that bad for you, but it’s a combination of all of it. And it’s not like I thought, it’s not like a lot of people think — that if you had it all here and there, in “moderation” that that was good enough.
That is a lie.
When you put together all of the things that are in all of the things, that is in all of the things, then you have a lot of things that make for a lot of things that attribute to our unwellness. Not really a word, but it should be — so I’m using it.

What happens to healthy people who are in alignment with their bodies? Who don’t eat garbage food, don’t get sick/need to go to the doctor, don’t need to take meds, don’t consume horror and negativity?
They stay healthy. Longer. They have a stronger Life Force Battery. They also are a “0” on the books.
Good health makes perfect sense, but not a lot of money. That’s why what is sold in large proportion are the things that make most of us sick and unwell on some level. Causing us to need doctors and constant medications and expensive procedures.

Food-Medicine-Big Pharma
None of them make money if you are living a life where you don’t consume things that are bad for you, including-
Entertainment
From social media, movies and TV shows, even SPORTS and The NEWS! All of the things that you consume with your eyeballs, you engage with and give your energy to.
The way you spend your time with consumption is way more than what your diet is.
Food
Is designed, and it’s designed to last longer, taste better, make you addicted and fat.
Medicine
Doesn’t get to the root of the problem, and they don’t really look for cures, they work on TREATMENTS. There’s a big difference between the two.
Even MENTAL HEALTH is largely about MEDS like anti-anxiety meds, meds to help you sleep, meds for mood, meds for depression, meds to keep you from seeing things that others can’t.
Then there’s the weekly visits to constantly sit in the same pools of negative experiences going over it and over it, feeding it energy without getting to the root and getting rid of it — all while needing meds.
Big Pharma
The medications we take to help with our issues don’t actually solve problems, they are in large part band-aids to help us survive, but again — not curing or getting rid of the problem, and in a lot of cases the are causing way more harm than good long-term overall. The side effects of many drugs are really severe. But that doesn’t really matter to the big corporations that charge unimaginable prices for their products.

As I started to rise in my awareness about how food was made, and the ingredients in things I would it major bumps in the road that I never saw before.
Asking questions about things I never cared about or even begun to think about before.
Like: What exactly is a marshmallow?
If you’ve ever eaten one, and I’ve eaten about a million in my past life-you know that it’s not an organic compound. It’s not natural…But what does that mean? What is it?
Finding out what they are meant canceling out everything they are attached to. This may happen to you too, so don’t say I didn’t warn you.

All of these who-knows-what things in a “food” we used so often, something we feed our babies and make deserts out of. But, look at one. You can’t really be surprised, right?
