Whew! Did that week go by fast or what? I’m back again talking to all you readers and writers in the Medium community, specifically about what I’ve been reading this past week.

Welcome to this third episode of my “What I Read this Week” feature.

This is now another one of my preferred way to to engage and help promote great stories.

So if you haven’t already done so, get relaxed and prepare to spend a few minutes checking out some of the stories I read this past week.

As usual, I found a lot of great stuff, and I’m going to take a moment or two to highlight a few of them.

This week’s grand total in the list comes to 25 stories that I read and remembered to log. The list would have actually been longer, but sometimes I get so carried away with reading, that I forget to add a story. Sorry guys.

I also try to balance my time, and spread the love around, but as you will see from the list, a couple of these writers kept my attention for more than one story.

Just a few special mentions about the stories the following writers wrote, although I enjoyed ALL the stories from my list:

Thank you to Janice Eastman, for helping us say goodbye to the legendary Sir Sidney Poitier.

Another story I’m especially appreciative for was written by David, and he thoroughly covered the subject of inflammation; which is something my sister suffers from, so I ate the information up, then I shared it with her.

Kudos to MarkfromBoston for reminding us that it’s important to monitor and “check your progress” regularly.

The story Christopher Kokoski wrote about targeting “boring” topics was very thought provoking. He gave me an idea for a pending story on a boring topic.

Thanks again to Cee Arr, who not only had some lovely poetry that I enjoyed, but I noticed something useful on her page, that I’ve adopted doing now, and I even wrote about the smart strategy.

Aaah. Susan, Susan, Susan. What can I say about Susan Wheelock and the story she wrote? Girlfriend I feel you. If you had a penis, who knows…?

Good luck to Caitlin McColl who shared some good news about her publication with no submission guidelines — almost none. Check her story out and consider submitting to her Inkslinger publication. Cool name Caitlin!
