What I Look Like After Simplifying My Life
Concluding the 100 Day Mental & Physical Challenge

Hola! Reporting from Cancun, Mexico! It’s spring break!
It is truly amazing the weight I lost by doing two simple things. I drank only water, and I ate only at home, for 100 Days. I’ve lost around 25 pounds.
I didn’t really exercise, and I still don’t (although I should). I don’t diet either; to be clear, I ate and snacked on anything I wanted.
It was incredible to realize I drank a lot of my calories and spent crazy money on it.
Guess what else I realized?
That I am one damn excellent cook, no one’s cooking tastes as good as mine, no one I know. I don’t want to brag but ask any of my friends; they know. Let’s just say no one says no to my dinner parties. I will write about my simple philosophies on food someday.
I got used to cooking pretty decent meals. When I go to restaurants now, the food tastes bland, and I don’t enjoy going out as much. They dont use olive oil, and they dont use spices as I do.
Simplifying life restores the body, mind, and soul.
By simplifying my life, I am saving ~$1,200 monthly I was spending aimlessly on my old life. I can afford better things in life now. I recently purchased a JEEP and then an estate in the country. I plan to continue to simplify my life. I have big visions for this place, including dreams of quietness, inspiration, and creativity.
I have plans to self-sustain at least half of what I eat with a garden and chickens. Who knows what else. I promise you will learn all about it as it unfolds.
All I know is that life is pretty marvelous once you simplify it. You appreciate it more. You indulge in its pureness and heal in its solitude.
