Most of us fear anything that has to do with leadership, I included. Sometime back, I was elected to be the leader of the altar servers group at the church that I used to go for worship; St.Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. I had no clue about what leadership entailed, nonetheless, I knew that I will be answerable to most of the things that happen and are done by the altar servers group.
