I usually run with friends, but today I ran solo, so I chose to listen to Dhru’s podcast episode entitled Is There Life After Death?

Although many runners run on upbeat music, I love listening to podcasts.

As I ran on the soft trails, I learned more about life after death, peaceful dying, as well as the fact that our brain is only the interpreter and messenger of our mind. Moreover, for people who have experienced near death experiences, there is no notion of time — things happened in eternity, and yet, the other world made sense.

Ram Dass described death as nothing to fear, but merely “like taking off a tight shoe.”

As a runner, I can totally relate to the shoe analogy.

Happy feet!
