Summary

The article explores the concept of consciousness and its potential continuation beyond physical death, suggesting that consciousness may exist in a non-physical form and could inhabit multiple dimensions.

Abstract

The article delves into the nature of consciousness, proposing that it is an energy or vibration that transcends the physical body. It posits that while the physical body perishes, consciousness, being non-physical, continues to exist. The author speculates on the multidimensional aspect of reality, hinting at the possibility that after death, consciousness might transition to higher dimensions or the astral plane. The piece encourages readers to consider the idea that consciousness is not confined to the three-dimensional world and may be part of a larger, multidimensional existence, potentially leading to a cycle of learning and reincarnation.

Opinions

  • Consciousness is defined as our awareness of ourselves and our environment, not limited to the physical body.
  • The author believes that energy, which is not made of matter, is the essence of consciousness and connects the space between particles in the body.
  • The article suggests that upon death, the physical body disperses, but the energy of consciousness persists because it is not physical and therefore cannot be destroyed.
  • The author entertains the notion that reality consists of more dimensions than the four we experience (length, width, height, and time), and that consciousness may operate within these additional dimensions.
  • There is a speculative view that beings may incarnate from higher dimensions into lower ones, such as Earth, and return upon death.
  • The purpose of life is questioned, with the author pondering whether it is an infinite process of learning and realizing one's connection to everything.
  • The author acknowledges the exploratory nature of the topic and invites readers to share their thoughts and insights, emphasizing that the discussion is not based on concrete evidence but on personal exploration and learning.

What Happens to My Consciousness or Energy After I Die?

An Exploration of What Happens to Our Consciousness After We Die

First of all, this is just me exploring this topic and by no means any evidence to anything. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s explore!

When we think about what happens to our consciousness after we die, we have to think about what consciousness even is.

So, let’s start with the basics. Consciousness is generally defined as our awareness of ourselves and our environment. It’s what allows us to think, feel, and perceive the world around us.

Without consciousness, there would be no way to think thoughts, have feelings, or experience life.

Now ask yourself, who is thinking now?

That’s your consciousness at work!

Is this awareness or space of energy that is thinking or perceiving only contained within my physical body, or is it living inside it?

The answer to this could get pretty deep, but for now, let’s just explore the idea that consciousness is not limited to our physical bodies.

Your consciousness is not limited to your physical body because it is not made of matter. Ask yourself, what holds the atom and the particles together that make up my physical body?

If you said energy, then you’re on the right track!

Between the atoms and particles in your body there is space, a lot of space. And what connects and fills this space? Energy / Vibration / Consciousness or whatever you want to call it!

Now that we’ve established that you are not your physical body, but rather the energy that fills and animates it, what happens to this energy when your physical body dies?

The answer is: nothing.

Do you get it? You are no thing, because you are not a particle or a physical object, you are the space in which particles move. You are the space in which physical things exist, you are the consciousness that perceives them.

And because you are not a physical thing, you can not be destroyed.

When your physical body dies, the particles and atoms that make it up will disperse and be recycled back into the universe, but you, the energy that animates and connects them will remain because you are not physical.

Here is where it gets tricky.

For me, it is clear that consciousness is not limited to the physical body, but what happens to our consciousness after we die?

My take on it is that reality is multidimensional and has more dimensions than just four (length, width, height, and time).

Here is a picture I made that describes them roughly:

But I have many questions left:

If I am a 5. Dimensional being which has incarnated into third-dimensional earth, will I go back to the fifth dimension when I die or will I go to the astral plane which lies in the fourth-density which is time itself? Is incarnating into lower densities even possible as a higher dimensional entity?

What is the purpose of it all? To slowly learn all the “life” lessons until you realize that you are everything and then the process starts again infinitely?

I cannot even begin to perceive these answers currently, but I find the exploration itself very fascinating.

Don’t take anything I write about here to seriously, I am just starting to learn about topics like these. Enlighten me if you have the answers!😉
