What Frustrates Italians?

Seduced by Italian food

Living in Italy and being married to an Italian allows me to experience local Italian life. Food in Italy is the second religion. In fact, Italy is called “A Country of Food”, and thus, Italians take their recipes seriously.

Italian recipes are not to be touched!

I know everyone loves Italian food and it’s quite popular to try cooking Italian dishes at home. Cooking at home would not be a problem if people hadn’t shared their own (modified) recipes of Italian dishes on YouTube and social networks.

Guys, please stop! It frustrates Italians, and every time you put a lemon in pesto or cook pasta in cold water, an Italian grandma has a heart attack. Please think about poor Italians and keep following straight Italian instructions for cooking.
