Governments facilitate this process by issuing licenses, creating fairness and business ethics as well as providing some infrastructures using the money they make through tax collection. Fairness meter, reliability meter, trust meter, and such would complement desirability meter, which would be expressed as acceptance that would translate to the individual's and business’s worth. New money is created with new ventures according to their acceptance.

Ventures would typically require resources and human power. Resources are expressed in material units and human power is expressed in people power units. Ventures are pursued to their completion with the people involved and all other supporters.

Successes are measured in desirability and acclaims, expressed in acceptance translated to stock units, and gained as profits. Failures are measured in downvotes, flags, and reports expressed in non-acceptance and expressed as losses. Ventures that fail are revived with correcting measures and gained acceptance.

Desirability may be applied to people and resources to make this easier. Companies may have sister and daughter companies and ventures may have sub ventures.

Global stock markets will have the potential to solve most of the challenges businesses have. They have also the potential to solve the world’s biggest problems like poverty and inequality.
