The first secret to living a successful life is to be happy within yourself.

Happiness is subjective; you can’t measure it or quantify it in any way because it’s all up to your interpretation of what makes you happy.

People often believe that they can find happiness in objects or accomplishments, when really happiness is found inside of themselves.

1) Your Thoughts Control Your Reality

The Law of Attraction is a key concept in the Secret. It is a universal law that says that energy flows where attention goes. And because energy can never be created or destroyed, it must flow from one place to another.
