What Are Your Values? What Do You Believe?
You Can Achieve Anything You Believe!
Happiness And Success Are Not The Same Thing:
What Is Success?
People often confuse happiness with success.
Success is objective; you can measure it with numbers, such as money, fame and power.
The first secret to living a successful life is to be happy within yourself.
What is Happiness?
Happiness is subjective; you can’t measure it or quantify it in any way because it’s all up to your interpretation of what makes you happy.
People often believe that they can find happiness in objects or accomplishments, when really happiness is found inside of themselves.
1) Your Thoughts Control Your Reality
The Law of Attraction is a key concept in the Secret. It is a universal law that says that energy flows where attention goes. And because energy can never be created or destroyed, it must flow from one place to another.
For example, if you have strong positive thoughts about being happy, then you’re going to feel happy and enjoy the moments of happiness as they come to you.
If you have negative thoughts they can become your reality. When you continue to focus on your unhappiness, this could make you feel hopeless.
The law of attraction states that our thoughts control our reality and what we focus on becomes our reality.
Most people believe that their lives are controlled by outside forces over which they have no control . This type of behavior is a victim mentality which stops you from taking positive actions.
2) Focus on the Positive
Program your subconscious mine with positive messages. Adding messages of love and gratitude will help you to stay focused on the positive things in your life.
Useful words for positive messages are: thank you, I love you, I am grateful, good job. Be mindful of what you say or write to yourself and others.
3) Be Grateful for Everything You Have in Your Life
Gratitude is one of the most powerful and healing forces in life. When we practice gratitude, we acknowledge and appreciate all that we have and who we are.
Practicing gratitude can motivate us to set better goals to make the world a better place. As you appreciate yourself and those around you, your relationships with others will improve. You will not be focusing on the things you don’t have yet, you will be thankful for what you have.
4) Stay Present in Every Moment & Accept What Happens With Kindness
We live in a world where we’re constantly on the go, and it’s not always easy to stay present in every moment.
Doing things that we don’t enjoy or sacrificing our own needs will leave us feeling frustrated. We need to give ourselves the opportunity to live a life that is happy and fulfilling.
It’s important to be kind with ourselves and accept what happens with kindness, not anger.
For those of you struggling with staying present in the moment — try some of these meditation techniques:
Counting your breaths (or pushups)
Listening to your favorite song for 10 minutes
Taking a walk alone
Meditating while listening to calming music
5) Let Go of Control & Go With The Flow
Many of us have a tendency to lose ourselves in the
day-to-day happenings. We tend to be all about
taking control and making things happen for us.
But what if we let go?
What if we surrendered and let life flow naturally as it does best for us?
This secret is about letting go of our need to control and trusting that life will work out for the best.
The benefits of this secret are endless: you will find peace, joy, love and success without any effort.
Final Thoughts:
You Can Achieve Anything You Believe!

Positivity can be achieved by anyone with determination and persistence.
Belief is the driving force behind our motivation and can be a strong driving force to set goals and achieve them, no matter what.
Beliefs are the fuel to drive us forward and do what we need to do.
