Poetry prompt Day:-6
What Are You Afraid Of?
God asked me one day
What are you afraid of? when I brought you here and I will take you away.
What are you afraid of? when the problems you have come with in-built solutions.
What are you afraid of? when your mistakes are forgiven and a new chance is given.
What are you afraid of? when I am there to hold you with every risk you take.
What are you afraid of? when I love you when no one else will.
What are you afraid of? when you’re my child and I am your soul.

The above poetry is a reassurance given by the creator himself, who keeps reminding us that he always had and will have his hands on us, to guide us and protect us. He will lead us through the dark times and towards the sunlight. All we need is trust. He asks nothing in return. Just pure faith and love and he’s ready to take all your pains and sorrows.
Today’s poetry prompt is “What Are You Afraid Of?” Here’s Sahil Patel's take on the prompt created by him.
