What and who do you put your trust in, why? Trust is to have complete confidence in what the person is promising.
Some of us trust in our wealth. Others of us trust strength. In who do you place your trust?
The scriptures point to the optimal person, God. Why? Because He possesses everything we need no matter what circumstance we face.
Three words describe the God of the Bible.
- Omnipotent — All-powerful.
- Omniscient — Having all-knowledge.
- Omnipresent — Present everywhere.
I’d say God is the best place to put our trust. He is all we need — power, knowledge, and presence at all times.
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. (Psalms 20:7 NIV)
The God of the Bible is reliable, relatable, and reachable to all who seek and follow Him.
