Thee Quest-a Few Words-Humanity Confidence

What A Difference Life Would Be If We All Believed In Ourselves

Confidence is an incredible quality we should all possess

Self Confidence

Confidence (noun): full trust; belief in the powers, trustworthiness, or reliability of a person or thing: We have every confidence in their ability to succeed. belief in oneself and one’s powers or abilities; self-confidence; self-reliance; assurance: His lack of confidence defeated him. (Dictionary.com).

Having confidence in myself took many years to build.

If you are unhealthy, in any way shape or form, your confidence level is not very inspiring. If you are on meds, have any diagnosed major disease, or are having to control mental health, heart, diabetes or cancer, your confidence level is shot.

After years of experimentation, ups and downs and often taking much of my energy away from me, having the abilities to move forward are often hard to deal with.

You have heard me talk about Body, Mind, and Spiritual Balance for some time now. My confidence level is higher than ever before. I never realized that being healthy involved all of those elements at the same time.

“Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are.” — Malcolm Forbes

“If you listen to your fears, you will die never knowing what a great person you might have been.” — Robert Schuller

Having a healthy body is much more important than you will ever realize.

I can honestly tell you that the magic of a healthy body opens the door to attain clarity. Your mind cannot see clearly if you hurt. It cannot help you move forward until your body is in perfect health.

You are what you eat is very true. Never forget this.

Confidence is an incredible quality we should all possess

Body, Mind, and Spirit are the three elements that make confidence become what I know it can be.

My mind is much more aware of my capabilities. I can see clearly and make decisions I never knew I could. I am healthy and I know it. Do you?

I believe in God so much that I accept so much more. I am more tolerant, understanding and self-reliant. I know I can. I always doubted before.

I did not have the tools that Body, Mind, and Spiritual Balance needed to put two and two together.

If you are not at your best, you are reading hogwash.

Nothing of what I say makes sense. You know what, I use to say the same thing.

Please follow my journey over the next year and you will have confidence in yourself you never knew you had.

“Enlightenment is understanding that there is nowhere to go, nothing to do, and nobody you have to be except exactly who you’re being right now.” ― Neale Donald Walsch, Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book

Stop looking for who you think you should be. Be the best you, ever, because you are.
