We’re either growing or dying. There is no in between.

Everyday provides us an opportunity to better our lives. Whether we are repeating a task or evaluating our performance from the day before. As I was editing the first lesson of my latest course, I was reminded of that.

Instead of feeling frustrated by all the things I could have done better, I made a list of what to improve on for next week’s lesson. Live and learn.
