Summary

The web content is a reflective poem about personal growth and the pursuit of wellness, likening the subconscious to a well that needs stirring to bring about change.

Abstract

The poem titled "Wellness" delves into the introspective journey of the speaker, who acknowledges the chaotic state of their subconscious, referred to as a "well." The speaker recognizes the need for change and growth, suggesting that the well is not inherently flawed but rather requires activation from a state of stagnation. The act of writing with a blue ink pen on white paper is used as a metaphor for stirring the well of thoughts and emotions, aiming to reveal what is truly needed for the speaker's wellness. The poem concludes with the speaker inviting others to wish them well in this process of self-discovery and healing.

well I am here uncleared in my “well of subconscious” not knowing what is it that I need or what is apt for me

well it is a mess that well is a mess but is a mess only when stuck and froze

nothing there to be gotten rid off but only to be stirred

it is a self-stirrable well as well as self-healable

so let me stir it a bit and see what it turns out to be

perhaps this blue ink pen and white paper will do well to stir up that well so I might as well pen it down as it goes

do wish me well in this stirring for wellness
