Weekly Prompt: 8–12 (February)
Delving deep within

Konnichiwa!
Welcome to another week of reflection, fam! I am happy to be your host, your cheerleader, your virtual support in times of “a-ha” moments and revelations. I can not thank you enough for your engagement with the publication and I can not stress enough how brave you are to share your thoughts and emotions on here!
This week’s prompts will be a little less intense, but will still require you to dig deep within (sorry not sorry). Here’s what I have in store for you:
Monday: When have you felt most connected to your spiritual side?
Wednesday: What story no longer fits me? What role is too small for me?
Friday: What might nourish my soul?
This is it. Remember, creativity is deeply encouraged. Feel free to submit your articles as poetry/non fiction/haikus/journal entries or whatever else you have in mind. There is no right or wrong here. There just is!
Also, a warm welcome to all new writers! Please keep in mind that these prompts are purely optional and serve as a means of inspiration. Participate only if you feel comfortable.
If you would like to support the expansion of Know Thyself, Heal Thyself you can buy me a coffee by clicking here. I have many upcoming plans and projects for this publication and the lovely community we’ve created together, so make sure to stay tuned!
