Weekly Gratitudes 9/16/2023

I want to start a new trend…

To keep this first entry short and sweet, I will explain my thought process for this across a few or several articles — who knows, possibly all of them.

Basically the gist is to share things I am grateful for this week and post for all to see publicly. It can be as simple, detailed, complex, silly, or whatever, so long as it is honest, true, pure, real, etc.

This is NOT a competition! Rather, this is calling for a community of gratitude in order to remind ourselves and one another that there are many wonderful things in our lives and in this world regardless of nearly anything that might be happening in the world or in our world.

It is NOT intended to diminish that which is going on elsewhere in the world, or the tragedies of our own live. Instead, I hope this EMPOWERS us to see and therefore recreate moments of something great again and again and again, no matter how ‘trivial’ it might seems, because that has a positive ripple effect no matter how large or small that impacts the rest of the universe…

Without overdoing or over complicating this first entry, it is hopefully a foregone conclusion that my intention for this is love, beauty, healing, connection, and so many wonderfully lovely and positive things…

As is likely always true, I have many Many MANY Woooooonderful things to be so incredibly and utterly grateful for and amazed by this past week!

For starters, I am eternally grateful for many things.

First, I am eternally grateful for WATER and TIME, and for all the Essentials in my life provided consistently no matter how tough the times by our Heavenly Father…

Also, I am happily married to a wonderful man and we share our lives with some pretty remarkable, sweet, hilarious, intelligent, special kitty cats … EVER!

(This may very well be included every week and slightly adjust)

Next, I am constantly being reminded of things that are important to me, and this week did that in so many ways…

  • I want to figure out how to contribute more to this life and I have lots of great starting ideas, and I need/want to keep moving forward with those possibilities and create the opportunities to help my community and this world I am blessed to be a part of!
  • All the many courses I want to take and things I want to do and courses I want to teach!
  • Writing, Reading, Experiencing, etc.
  • My spiritual faithful relationship with and love of/from my Heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit, and the many ways I connect to the Divine…

Okay, with those at least said, I will list off some other thigns hopefully more quickly. This week, I am grateful for :

  • Fruit in general. Apples and Tomatoes in particular this week :)
  • Vegetables & Legumes in general. Eggplant and Black Beans in particular this week :D
  • Protein in general. Nothing specific this week.
  • The ability to afford fresh food and the luxury to go and buy it nearby in a local health food store that supports local and organic farming and the ability of choice…
  • Preparing and adjusting for the changes in upcoming financial future of student loans restarting payment for both my husband and myself.
  • For our vacation last week as well as our wonderful home and kitties we are so happy, even delighted, to come back to.

I could keep going on an on, but I hope it helps inspire you to remember just How MANY things went ‘RIGHT’ this week! If we shift our Focus, we can shift our lives and shift the world. Let’s bring more people over to the way(s) of gratitude and the incredible power it has.

*No, I’m NOT talking about faking it till you make it false positivity, toxic positivity, unrealistic expectations, etc., but rather shifting the energy about how we feel about our lives in order to remember just how much we do in fact actually HAVE to be GRATEFUL FOR rather than resentful of. Attitude has the ability to change anything and everything … think about it.

I mean this seriously, and ironically lol*

Anyway, let’s share together and support one another and see what kind of great kindness, connection, empowering, motivating, wonderful things we can create together!

Google Search for what a wonderful world this could be

With all the Love, Light, Grace, hopes and prayers for a Better, Brighter, Happier and Healthier tomorrow, as well as many Blessings to Your Health, Wellness, Happiness, and Well-being.
