Hello, you indestructible warriors!

What are your plans? Loafing away on the sofa perhaps? Or you may be feeling active this weekend. Whatever you choose to do, do it wholeheartedly. Do it like you mean it.

I know a lot of you actively engage in all sorts of physical activities. Mind you, everything that involves movement can be considered a physical activity: that goes for the mundane things as well, such as brushing your teeth. It goes for anything that requires your body to function within normal parameters in order to be able to do it! And I think we often take that for granted…We take for granted the smallest of things our bodies can do. Our anatomy is too fascinating to be overlooked. Each organ serving its own purpose, working along with the others to keep this intriguing machine going.

This weekend’s prompt is all about celebrating and cherishing your body. It’s about being in awe of what it is capable of doing. It’s about showing your gratitude towards it in whatever way you choose.

As always, let that creativity flow! There is no right or wrong. There just is.

If you would like to support the expansion of Know Thyself, Heal Thyself you can buy me a coffee by clicking here. I have many upcoming plans and projects for this publication and the lovely community we’ve created together, so make sure to stay tuned!
