Wealth Or Happiness
What is health? — A Poem

They say health is wealth, but, health is just happiness, The mother is happy, seeing her baby healthily thrive. The father is happy, seeing his family healthy. The baby is happy, knowing mama-papa, think the baby is healthy.
A healthy person is happy, staying healthy. A sick person is happy, thinking he’ll eventually get healthy. A mental health patient is happy, family and community considered it, illness. A person with an unknown illness is happy, people considered it’s not just in the head.
A person with a rare disease is happy, if there’s a name behind it at all. A person with an untreatable rare disease is happy, if the suffering can be managed.
A poor healthy person is happy. A wealthy sick person is not happy. Is health wealth? Or is it happiness?
Sorry, health is definitely “wealth”. But is it also “wealth” when wealth and only wealth gives you adequate health and accessibility to healthcare? What do you think?
