Backstory
A lesson learned over many decades!
When I prepare a meal because I have to, not because I want to, it’s never as satisfying as when I pour love into it. We then digest not only the food, but the loving energy.
That is the magic ingredient we often forget and applies not only to cooking but to any endeavor.
“It is not the magnitude of our actions, but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.” -Mother Teresa (Saint Teresa of Calcutta)
