We prepare a simple and delicious breakfast for school.

A simple recipe for sweet croutons, which no child has ever refused, is so delicious.

For this recipe, I usually take a baguette. But the most ordinary loaf will also do!

Cut into slices. The thickness of the slices is about 1 cm.

For the filling, it is most convenient to use sweet vanilla cheeses. But you can take ordinary cottage cheese, grind it in a blender and add a little sugar and a couple of spoons of sour cream. I put the curd on one slice of bread and cover it with the second.
