We Have Lost What We Had At The Beginning…

This Nation Was Created With a Moral Law called the “Declaration of Independence.”

It was an intuitive logic tree based on a God-given right to exist with equal rights for all people. This was in direct opposition to what the colonists perceived as a whimsical government based on the “Divine Rights of Kings,” given to one man/woman.

The basic rights were the right to “Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness, among others not named.

Why were these rights “Basic?” For two reasons, 1. all men are created equal, 2. born with unalienable rights. This has been true since we came down from the trees and walked the earth.

This was true because this was the LAW of 1. Nature, 2. Laws of God.

That was the logical basis of our Moral law and our Belief. That yields a “Decent respect for the opinions of Mankind.” This is true for us and all mankind in the world. Like each colonist watched for the safety of themselves and their neighbors, as a “people,” we need to do the same in the world.

It also yields another TRUTH. If we want to preserve our freedom based on our moral law, it becomes imperative that we also have the obligation to fight for it. How? There is the statement:

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

This is the central paragraph and the basis for declaring ourselves independent. This was not a government doing it. These were the people doing it.

Right below the central paragraph, true observations are used as examples to support our Central Reasoning as a people to cut ties with a “man king.” If you read them carefully, some are true today and apply to our “government.”

A “logic tree” contains the logic explained above. When all the statements are true and support the derived logic, it becomes the “Moral Law” that drives all the people in this country. If one is not true, then the basis for our Constitution is not true, and the Constitution is dissolved (the “banana” connector is the “and” of the statement).

The United States of America was created with the Declaration of Independence AND the Constitution.

“System” is the only way to describe the existence of our government. It exists because it is US, THE PEOPLE. We ARE the basis of government. Nowhere in either the DOI or the Constitution will you find any words about the 4th branch of government.

“System” — Definition: A regularly interacting or interdependent group of items forming a unified whole.” Basic laws of a “system.”

1. A Whole That Cannot Be Divided Into Parts

2. The Essential Property of The Government is Derived From its Parts Working Together

3. None of the Essential Parts of the Government Can do What the Government Does

4. Therefore, the System is not the Sum of its parts, it is the Product of them

Others no longer consent. Why? Because the people no longer govern. We are being Governed. More to the point, we are being governed by the 4th branch of government.

F.A. Hayek, in his book “The Road to Serfdom,” noted:

“The most effective way of making people accept the validity of the values they are to serve is to persuade them that they are really the same as those which they, or at least the best among them, have always held, but which were not properly understood or recognized before….And the most efficient technique to this end is to use the old words but change their meaning.”

Since the original Progressive, Woodrow Wilson (1913), we are NOT a “WHOLE (1).” The 4th branch of government broke the system. It is like adding an engine on the roof of your car, and disconnecting the original engine and just leaving it there.

The “New Engine” is the 4th Branch of Government. The Old Engine is the People. Today, all they NEED us to do is VOTE! Excuse me, GIVE THEM MONEY (they want us to believe they need us), and VOTE!

(2) The parts no longer work together because the President can do just about whatever he wants. Congress, too, as Demonstrated during Trump’s Presidency.

The creation of LIES is profound in government these days. When a system is broken, we must “hot-wire” it to MAKE IT WORK!!! Just think, this started 110 YEARS AGO!

(3) The parts of the government are now independent of each other. Including inside Congress.

(4) Today, the government is only “the sum of its parts” since they do work independently of each other.

The Moral Law is now being given to us by the 4th branch of government. When they apply regulations to businesses and schools to “discriminate” the people in their work sites, separate the minority, and give them extra privileges. The 4th branch is FORCING bigotry. (LBJ introduced these laws. They have been added continuously ever since).

Those laws, in essence, make bigotry eternal.

Why? Because the basic assumption is “people are BIGOTS!!!” And THE fact that TODAY we believe that LIE (ask the “woke” people), is a triumph for the progressives.

Who are the “PROGRESSIVES?” Both the Democrats and Republicans. No Republican President has gone into office and said: “I am going to work with Congress to Dismantle the 4th branch of government and get back to our Constitutional System.

THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS HOW IGNORANT POLITICAL PEOPLE ARE ABOUT SYSTEMS’ OPERATION.

The only idea Republicans offer about “government” is to repeat the words. “Get back to a small government.” That alone denotes they do not have a plan. Dismantling 2.8 Million people in 434 Agencies in the government is NOT a picnic in the park.

On the other hand, who has the shortest path to influence? Not “the people.” These would be “The “Lobbyists.” Rich influencers and corporations pay them to get what they want.

Hint check out how the Independent States with “Articles of Confederacy” (Nov. 15, 1777) operated. They were Silos All, Not a System of Government for a Nation. It was a “firm league of friendship” (as they called it). The central government was weak, and the States Ruled as they wished. All passed laws giving clear preference to the influencers and wealthy, which became the perfect example of what not to do for our founders.

TODAY, we can safely say we are governing with a “Central Government” that operates with the equivalent of the “Articles of the Confederacy.”

Today though, I must say there is one exception. That’d be the Senator from Arkansas, Tom Cotton. He has gotten very close to the issue by discussing the progressive problem in his book “Only the Strong.”
