We all experience Mental Health

At some point in life we all can be affected in ways that trigger our Mental Stability or General Wellbeing and we can experience “Mental Health” not everyone will recognise this but its often happening on subtle levels before it comes to light. (Above picture is author’s own bustineess logo)

Money issues Employment issues Not Expressing Emotions Trying to please everyone Avoiding Emotions Letting ourselves down
Having Zero Self Esteem Eating too much\little Addictions Lack of confidence Thankless existence Hope has gone
However we can Foster in “Self Care & Wellbeing” through
Self Observation Expressing our Emotions Listen to our bodies Feeling into our Emotions
Commiting to Self Care Asking for help Reaching out to others Explaining how we feel
Watching our behaviour Eating a balanced diet Loving ourselves as we are
Living life our own way Believing we have purpose Excercising our Emotions Igniting our desires Not hiding away Gratitude as our attitude
