Ways To Show Our Significant Other Appreciation
Appreciation puts meaning behind the words “I love you.”

2023 has ended, and all good things usually do. However, when we nurture relationships, they can last a lifetime. We can celebrate endless New Year’s Eves’, the good and the bad, and everything in between.
Our love garden grows when we appreciate our significant other and show gratitude and love. We just have to pluck the weeds occasionally and vow to do our own self-work and commit to the relationship.
So how do we do that amid our busy lives? It is easier than you may think.
Here are Some Easy Ways to Show Appreciation and Gratitude to your S/O
- Saying and expressing the actual words “thank you.”
- Leaving loving notes
- Sending texts, and….yes, sexts
- Keeping things spicy in your love life
- Keeping the house clean
- Maintaining a nice physique
- Refraining from nagging
- Encouraging your mate
- Cooking for your mate
- Taking baths together
- Physical touch
- Emotional connection
- Words of affirmation
- Speaking highly of him/her in front of them and behind their back ( the truth always prevails)
Final Thoughts
We all need to feel appreciated. Showing our significant other appreciation goes a long way. It puts meaning behind the words “I love you.” When we take our significant other for granted and lack appreciation and respect, that is when the relationship starts to crumble little by little.
Appreciation is infectious. When you show your significant other appreciation, watch what happens. I bet you will see they return it tenfold. What comes around goes around, and in this case, with good results. I wish you the best in your relationships in 2024.
