Dopamine is a chemical messenger in the brain know as the “Feel — good hormone".

It’s also also involved in the motivation, memory, attention and regulating body movements.

When Dopamine is released it creates feelings of pleasure, bliss, satisfaction, and motivates you to repeat a specific habits go persist in your life’s pursuits.

When I was severely depressed, there were a number of things that eased my "pain" even though they didn’t make it go away. However, if he relieved himself, it was already a hope that everything was going to be fine and knowing this helped me too. I’m going to leave here some of the things that helped me in these most difficult times.

  • Create a daily routine go achieve your goals.
  • Create a daily pleasure practice.
  • Cold water immersion.
  • Count your blessings daily.
  • Tune into your unique purpose.
  • Drink tea herbs like camomile and lime.
  • Get quality sleep ( This one can be hard to achieve but if you can get it it helps a lot).
  • Practice cognitive exercises.
  • Be spontaneous.
