WANTED: All Your Friends of Medium Questions, Comments, and Even Gripes!
Do you have a FOM related issue to discuss with the community?
Welcome to the newest way to consistently engage with ANY members who happen to have “Friends of Medium” (F😄M) on their mind.
The way things work is really simple.
📌 All you need to do is: SELECT WHICH NUMBER best fits the Response you want to leave. INCLUDE THE NUMBER you chose, and just LEAVE A COMMENT ON THIS PAGE.
That’s it!
1️ Got a question about ANYTHING related to the “Friends of Medium” program? This is the place to kick it around, and chop it up with others in the Medium community; FOM or non-FOM members.
2️ Got a comment about FOM members, or anything else related to the topic? State it here, in the comments section, and say whatever is on your mind.
3️ Got some good FOM related stats or any tips, offering useful FOM related advice? Don’t be selfish — let the community know.
4️ Had any FOM obstacles you want to share, or even a gripe or complaint you want to voice? Don’t be shy. You can help others benefit from your mistakes and setbacks.
5️ Want to give a special FOM shout out to show support to another member? Leave their username and why you selected them, so they can be a little more visible.
SUMMARY
Please keep in mind, this page will be monitored on a regular basis, and the community is invited to RETURN OFTEN.
The purpose of this COMMENT BOARD, is to help me, as the Medium Friend’s Reading Club Coordinator and publication Editor.
👉 All your entries will have a chance to be discussed during the course of the week, in stories that I publish, specific to those related themes.
📌 Naturally, I’ll mention the usernames of the individuals who posted the comments, as well as include links to their Medium profiles.
Although the SELECTED Responses will receive a “Reply” and should get a Medium “Notification”, the community can always locate any related stories published, by searching for the TAG: “FOM Comments” or returning here and checking the bottom of the page. 👇🏻 👇🏻 👇🏻
This is my newest alternative to how to provide useful FOM related content to the community, in a helpful, yet unbiased way.
👉 Instead of relying solely on club members to write and publish stories for the Friends Reading Club publication, I‘ll use the voices in the community, to help me focus on related FOM topics and issues that come up the most.
What better place to find some of the most talked about discussions surrounding the FOM theme, than in the bustling Medium water cooler?
In no way am I suggesting that all the stories I publish will definitively provide answers or solutions to all the questions or potential issues raised.
My efforts will mainly revolve around trying to bring various issues to the table, where they can be discussed among the entire community.
Even in cases where me or someone else is providing advice, tips, or suggestions, that is not to say that there is ever just one way of doing things.
👉 But stories that include hard and credible facts and details, are meant to offer valuable assistance, based on first-hand accounts.
📌 Please be advised: All Responses must be respectful and in harmony with Medium guidelines, even if disagreeing on some topic, or leaving a negative viewpoint related to the FOM program.
