If we love summer for its healthy possibilities and scents of barbecue, why can’t every day be summer?
My favorite recipe to grill is a simple BBQ rubbed chicken breast. I enjoy a great chicken breast from our local meat market.
For a great rub, you simply mix the spices in a small bowl and rub them on your chicken. I usually cut the brown sugar in half and omit the salt.
Chicken should reach 165 degrees when cooked to perfection.
Cooking meat insufficiently can cause illness.
