What do boundaries feel like?

It is not my job to fix others. It is okay if others get angry. It is okay to say no. It is not my job to take responsibility for others. I do not have to anticipate the needs of others. It is my job to make myself happy. Nobody has to agree with me. I have the right to my own feelings.

I am enough

I think everything in life is art

what you do how you dress the way you love someone and how you talk your smile and your personality what you believe in and all your dreams the way you drink your tea how you decorate your home your grocery list the food you make how your writing looks and the way you feel

life is art

About Pinterest

In the Spring of 2019, I found Pinterest, my artist’s tool — sharing my love of art on behalf of my clients.

After studying strategy and how to write a pin, I stared in disbelief at the 1-million monthly views reached within four months. A year later, I stopped pinning — 8.8 million monthly views and an audience of 3.23 million.

Why was I pinning?

It matters to me what I share, the energy a pin carries.

I see the impact a single pin can have. Its message gives a reason to laugh, smile, uplift, and be a potent force of healing.

Today, I choose with intention what I share and how I use my energy — mindful of the type of energy I share with others.

The world asks for peace, love, and kindness—what I pin.

Are you a pinner?:)
