Wake Up!
Wakeup call
Did it affect us at all?
People from all nations
All colors and generations
We lost, Over five million to date
Empathy, too little too late
The rainbows in the windows
Had a slight sign of hope
Heartache still carried the tiny scope
Do we realize our blessings?
Are we still concentrating on stressing?
Do we recognize the purpose of our existence?
Why does Man show such obstinate resistance?
Do we realize why we came here?
Why were we sent down? do we even care?
Our affiliation with our creator
We better understand sooner or later
This earth was for us to live in and take care
Not to destroy with war, hunger, and despair
Every part of this world, we used for our ease
Eventually, we brought it down to its knees
Begging to stop the pollution, crimes, the bloodshed
Do we still not comprehend? Are we already dead?
