ILLUMINATION Writing Challenge
Voters Start Your Balloting!
As Chair of the Senate Committee on Writing Standards and Excellence I, P.G. Barnett, support this message

On the heels of another piece about voting I posted, comes a voting challenge from one of our esteemed colleagues and Chairperson of the ILLUMINATION Senate Committee For New Writer Promotion, Timothy Key.
I must say, as one who shares a congressional seat in the hallowed halls of the ILLUMINATION senate with Tim, I can’t in all good conscious ignore the efforts of some of our Chairpeople and Senate hopefuls as they seek to maintain or be appointed into vaulted positions.
So without further ado, I would like to provide my endorsements, in no particular order, for the following writers and their positions:
Madam Chairperson of The ILLUMINATION Committee For Animal Whispering and Global Affairs
Please cast your ballots for the incumbent Julia E Hubbel, who currently chairs this extremely important committee. Not only is Julia a prolific writer with over five thousand articles written, many of them curated, but she’s a world traveler and has “whispered” to various animals including an Ethiopian cow!
Julia is a top writer in Diversity, Health, Feminism, Travel, Humans, Black Lives Matter, Humor, Life Lessons, and Life and has years of experience and background to support her current position. She has often been quoted as saying, ***“Hey, you don’t talk to them you whisper to them. Oh, and don’t tell me I don’t know how to write stories either.”
We need to do what’s right for this country and what’s right for ILLUMINATION, so we’re counting on your vote for Julia again this year.
My name is P.G. Barnett and I approve of this message.
***Disclaimer: Candidate may not have said it exactly as quoted, but with my hearing aid turned down, it came out that way for me.
Chief Counsel and Madam Chairperson Of the Committee On ILLUMINATION Ways And Means
I am so pleased to announce that our very own Chris Hedges has announced her intention to again run for a position she’s held since the beginning of the creation of the ILLUMINATION congressional positions.
Chris prides herself on ensuring the best ways of managing the editing queues on the publication, creating Slack channel conversation rooms, and keeping everything functioning as it should and in the most effective and efficient manner.
Chris is an editor on several publications such as ILLUMINATION, The Bad Influence, Red Curtain Erotica, Fortune Favors the Bold, and epecine & androgyny. In addition to these hefty credentials, she’s a top writer in LGBTQ.
I’m excited Chris has chosen to once again, bring her expertise and her style and poise value add to this position this year. A place from which she’s been known to grace with stunning witticisms such as, ****“It may not be unicorns every day, but I’ll always send a little love your way.”
My name is P.G. Barnett and I am proud to support Chris on her reelection.
***Disclaimer: She probably didn’t say it just that way. I could be mistaken, but I’m sure in her heart she means it.
Chair of the ILLUMINATION Senate Council of Entrepreneurialship and Business Coaching
The interesting thing about the senate committees here in ILLUMINATION is the diverse span of people who tirelessly contribute their time and wisdom to help our political community grow.
And such is Paul Myers MBA who is running this year for chair of the auspicious Senate Council of Entrepreneurialship and Business Coaching. Paul certainly has the experience and credentials to be a wise leader on this counsel.
With a master's in business administration, and as a top writer in Ideas, Future, Leadership, Reading, Innovation, and Business, Paul brings a wealth of real-world experience and will serve the council unbelievable well in this position.
****A resident of Dublin Ireland, Paul has often been quoted as saying, “there’s no such thing as a bad Irish pint lad.”
My name is P.G. Barnett and I willingly endorse Paul in his candidacy for election to the Senate Council of Entrepreneurialship and Business Coaching.
****Disclaimer: I’m not sure if Paul actually said that or would have been referring to an alcoholic beverage if he did say it. I believe they sell paint by the pint, right?”
There are so many more to mention had I the time.
As everyone walking the senate hallways of ILLUMINATION knows, there are so many positions held by so many quality writers who are either aspiring to gain a position or are currently the incumbent and chair an extremely important committee. An attempt to recognize them all would take more time than we have today, and quite possibly slow this political engine of ours to a halt.
At least I had the time to endorse these superlative ILLUMINATION congressional Senate hopefuls. Remember, get out and cast your ballots for these folks.
Every ballot counts!
I am P.G. Barnett and I endorse this message.
Thank you so much for reading. You didn’t have to, but I’m certainly glad you did.
