Curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to experience the magic for myself. I thought a Sunday night would be less crowded because everyone would have work or school the next day. But you wish, Cindy! I couldn’t have been more wrong! As I waited for the Metrobus, I noticed a long line and a bus packed with people, all heading in the same direction — Zocalo. It seems like the entire city had the same idea as me!

On my way to the Palacio Nacional, I couldn’t help but be captivated by the stalls that lined the streets. Once arrived, the excitement in the air was overwhelming. It’s as if people forgot the concept of tomorrow. The Zocalo was teeming with people of all ages, whether they were there for the experience in the vibes or to take the perfect social media-worthy shot.
